TotalStat can spray moderately resistive fluids like oils, release

coatings. Some fluids can be adjusted chemically to achieve electrostatic
spraying compatibility.

Accurate Deposition and Precise Fluid Control
TotalStat uses no mechanical force to produce its spray pattern;
as a result, overspray and misting are virtually eliminated. The
nozzle has no moving parts, which means there is nothing to wear
out. It is made of an acetyl, non-conductive material and encapsulates
a stainless steel shim that serves as both a metering device and
an electrode.
